When you create an account on beXpert, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. Use a strong password to ensure the safety of your private information, job preparation information and billing details. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these requirements.
You are solely responsible for all the data you create using our Services. We may review data to determine if it violates our policies and send request to us to remove that.
Ansyst reserves the right to charge payment or subscription fees for any of our Services. Prices may change at any time, with thirty (30) days prior notice provided by email or posted on the website. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new charges. Downgrading your plan may result in loss of access to some features of your account. beXpert is not liable for such loss.
All plans, including monthly, weekly, yearly, and one-time payments, are non-refundable. Once a plan or service has been activated, no refunds will be issued regardless of usage. This policy applies to all purchases unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific promotion or agreement.
Any trial or promotional pricing must be used within the specified time. We may limit you to one trial period or a single promotional code and prohibit combining trials, promotional codes, and other offers.
Ansyst reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason. Termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and the forfeiture of all data within your account. You will not be eligible for any refunds. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by sending request to us.

We take platform security seriously and appreciate reports of potential vulnerabilities. If you discover a security issue, please report it responsibly via [email protected]. We do not operate a formal bug bounty program, but we review all valid reports in good faith.
Ansyst makes no warranty about the reliability of the Services and does not guarantee the security of user data despite best efforts. The Service is provided “AS IS” and you agree not to hold us responsible for any damages arising from the loss of use, data, or profits related to the performance of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
